Talend (NASDAQ: TLND), a global leader in cloud and big data integration solutions, today announced that ixtel Technologies is appointed as a Master Value Added Reseller (MVAR) for the GCC region. The MVAR program is a reseller program that is designed to accelerate the technical and sales development of Value Added Resellers (VAR), System Integrators (SI) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) wishing to enter or expand their profile in the rapidly growing market for Data Management & Big Data solutions.

Worldwide revenues for big data and business analytics (BDA) solutions are forecast to reach $189.1 billion this year, an increase of 12.0% over 2018. A new IDC update also shows that BDA revenues will maintain this pace of growth throughout the 2018-2022 forecast with a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.2%. By 2022, IDC expects worldwide BDA revenue will be $274.3 billion.

Brian Perrins, Talend MEA Sales Manager explains “The MVAR program was developed to enable existing VARs/SIs/ISVs to extend their technical and sales skills developed on new and emerging technologies that Big Data depends, to areas and regions where such skills are limited or not available. The skills of the MVAR are offered in addition to those of Talend to deliver local knowledge and experience to IT organizations who do not have such skill”. Perrins goes on to say “ixtel proved themselves to be capable to build and retain the required levels of competence and it was a logical choice to appoint them as an MVAR.

“By teaming more strategically with Talend we can accelerate data-driven decision making for our large government & enterprise customers who want a hybrid and multi-cloud data management solution,” said Mehdi Quraishi, Chief Executive Officer at ixtel Technologies. “Our vision for an enterprise data hub is that it complements key solutions like an integrated data warehouse to deliver real value in big data. Our partnership with Talend ensures customers have access to best-of-breed solutions to solve today’s challenging problem of getting the most value from all of their data”.
With headquarters in UAE and serving regional and global customers, ixtel Technologies leads digital transformations for clients by modernizing and integrating their mainstream digital technologies areas, focusing on Big Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformation.

ixtel technologies is now actively recruiting Indirect Value-Added Resellers (IVAR) across the region who can see the requirements of end-users but are not technically or commercially enabled to deliver the technical skills to architect, implement and manage Big Data infrastructures in the cloud or on-premise.
